Both new and experience people managers have quite a lot to track and manage for each of their team members. Aside from the day-to-day work to be done, there are both "flight risk" and "performance" indicators to watch out for, as well as ensuring people feel generally happy and productive at work.
There's never been a quick and easy way to see the areas across your team that need your attention, whether it be providing feedback, recognition, having development conversations to discuss aspirations, complete operating manuals for team sharing, or ensuring team members are having regular one-on-ones.
With that in mind, we have launched a dashboard to make this easier for people managers!
Anyone with people reporting to them can access this page from the header menu, My team > Overview
This view will give you a "heatmap" understanding of what areas need your attention, whether it be ensuring your team members are keeping their OKRs up to date or that someone needs to receive feedback or recognition because it's been a while since either has been received.
For managers of managers, you can filter by any criteria if you want to drill down into a particular function, department, or team.
Based on the feedback of those that have beta-tested this feature, we find that managers who are educated to open this and view it on a daily basis or, at minimum, weekly basis, will find it much easier to stay on top of manage of the manager "hygiene" parts of their job, so they can spend their time focusing on what matters while still keeping their team members happy and engaged at work.
