What's new on Confirm

To help make it easier for teams to track and monitor both completion and general scoring/performance of OKRs, we've created a participation dashboard for them. This can be accessed from My Company > Objectives, or https://app.confirm.com/team/objectives to go there directly.

In addition, for companies that manage a promotion packets process to handle the justification and approvals process of promoting employees, we've launched the ability to track and manage these packets within Confirm.

This feature will be enabled on a per-client basis, so if you have an existing promotion packets process that you'd like to automate, let us know!
